A new year brings a fresh start, new aspirations, and exciting recipes to explore. While many choose this time to set resolutions or take a break from drinking, I see it as a chance to begin anew with some refreshing beverages. It’s my first day back at work, and I plan to ensure this inaugural day doesn’t dictate my outlook for the rest of the term. I’m approaching this new phase with an open mind, and I’ll raise a Spiced Apple Cocktail to that!
This drink is infused with cozy autumn spices while staying light and revitalizing. Smooth vodka blends with sweet, spiced apple juice, and a dash of lemon juice ties it all together, as it often does. Garnish with apple slices, cinnamon sticks, and star anise, because those little stars are simply delightful.
Most of you are just kicking off the New Year this week. Gather some friends and head to a bar to reminisce about 2024 or focus on your goals for 2025. Whatever your choice, make this first Tuesday of the year memorable. Visit your favorite bar or host a cozy gathering at home.
