Balancing Whats Important!

Running after your dreams and trying to maintain can be overwhelming. Sometimes you have to take a break or your body will for you when you least expect it. Often times we get caught up in what someone else is doing, how to please someone, working a regular full or part time job, and forget about ourselves.

For the last few months my body has not allowed me to do anything extra outside of school and working. I’ve neglected my blog and my online boutique. Being a full time student and a full time employee has taken control of my mind and body. Last year I wrote down a lot of things I wanted to do for as business. Those things are still written and I think about them daily, but I just haven’t been able to get to them. At times I cant get a decent sleep because my mind is always on the go. For the last few days, being that summer school is over, I’ve been sleeping in. That’s the only thing my body allows me to do.

So ask yourself, WHATS MORE IMPORTANT? WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE? WHAT CAN WAIT? IS MY HEALTH MORE IMPORTANT OR SHOULD I KEEP GOING?
