
My birthday is in a few weeks and I need to lose weight!! Everyone wants to feel and look their best on their birthday right? This year I have a lot planned with my friends. I’m most excited about the dinner I’m hosting the night of. For my 27th birthday we’re going to have dinner at a very elegant and sophisticated restaurant. I’ve asked all of my guest to dress formal/ casual. I have so many dresses I want to wear for the occasion but first I need to drop a few pounds and tone a little. To do just that and meet my goal I plan to do the following..
Juice Cleanse
I plan to do a three day juice cleanse. I’ve done this before and felt amazing. A juice cleanse is a type of diet that involves consuming only juices( for 3-10 days) from vegetables and fruits in an attempt to lose weight and detoxify the body.
Healthy Eating
After and in between the juice cleanse. I plan to eat healthier and be consistent. Healthy eating means no fast foods. I loveeee me some fried chicken, pizza and ice cream. However, I will have to cut back to reach my weight loss goal. Over the weekend I’ve been on Pinterest looking for healthy meals to eat. Seems like my diet will consist of more vegetable and fruits, baked chicken and fish… and LOTS OF WATER!
Gym
Due to Covid-19 I have not been consistent with going to the gym. Although I can do at home workouts… gym workouts are more effective for me. My goal starting this week is to go to the gym at least two to three times a week. I’ll work mostly on my abs and hips. I’ll definitely squeeze in a little cardio. In the process I wear my waist trainer. It’ll contribute to snatching my waist.
