My Hair is Finally Growing Back

Just like healthy, glowy skin starts from the inside out so does healthy hair. Due to many reasons including stress my hair became very thin at the top of my head and my scalp was so tender. I tried everything I could think of to get my hair back growing. I would buy expensive shampoo and conditioners, growth oils and try old remedies. Eventually I found a beautician who told me she could see follicle in my scalp which was a good thing because that meant my hair had potential to grow in those thin areas. After a few visits and using her recommended products I saw major growth in length but I didn’t see rapid results as it relates to fullness. That’s when she recommended one important thing that wasn’t in my routine….a HAIR SUPPLEMENT.

Hair supplements are the extra boost our hair needs for growth, natural oils and more. Often we focus on doing things externally and forget the importance of doing things internally. Which is why I’m sharing with you why you should incorporate hair supplements in your routine and how they’ve gotten my hair back growing.

” For the last three years I’ve been self conscious about my edges and thin hair. I was afraid to wear my natural hair let alone a ponytail. Because of Edge Naturale I’m able to pull my hair back into a ponytail without people being able to see my scalp.”

Thank you to Edge Naturale I’m starting to see fullness, my hair has a natural shine to it and my scalp feels amazing. About a month ago I received their hair vitamins in the mail for promotional reasons. Edge Naturale has several hair products that promotes healthy follicles and hair growth. Their hair vitamins is a proprietary plant-based, cruelty-free formula with 28 vitamins, minerals, and herbs, enhanced with Biotin and Selenium. Before taking their supplement I read their ingredient’s and did research. The key ingredients are below.

Biotin

One of the main ingredients in the hair vitamins is biotin, also known as B7. Biotin is an essential nutrient our bodies need and thinning hair is often a sign of a biotin deficiency. Not only is it known for stimulation which leads to hair and nail growth, it also helps turn the food you eat into energy.

Cell Production

Another main ingredient is folic acid (vitamin B9), which helps promotes healthy cell growth including the cells found in your hair and nails. B vitamins in general move oxygen and other nutrients to your scalp to help with hair growth.

Zinc and Vitamins

Zinc, another ingredient found in the dietary supplement. It helps with hair tissue growth and repair. It also plays a role in keeping the oil glands around your hair follicles working in tip top shape. Vitamins are good for you and your hair especially vitamins A, C, E, which are found in the vitamins. Vitamin A is needed for hair growth and to keep your scalp nice and moisturized. Vitamin C is needed to produce collagen and prevent hair from aging. And vitamin E is an antioxidant that prevents oxidative stress and boosts hair growth.

If you or a close friend has been suffering from thin hair and struggle with hair growth… I strongly recommend Edge Naturale Hair Vitamins. Visit their website and get 15% off your first purchase.
